TANCHJIM account is an account registration, login and management service provided by Nanning Heavy Hammer Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Heavy Hammer Technology", "TANCHJIM" or "we") for you.

I. User Information Acquisition

1 The types of user information we may obtain include:
* Information provided to us or uploaded by you: Account information of the "TANCHJIM" App (such as your security-related information, name, birthday and gender, hereinafter referred to as "TANCHJIM"), materials or data synchronized by devices you may access TANCHJIM, accounts created in TANCHJIM and relevant setting information, as well as messages and feedback you add or send.
* Handheld terminal or SIM card-related information: We may collect relevant information about devices running TANCHJIM, such as SDK/API/JS code versions, browsers, internet service providers, application identifiers, application versions, application distribution channels, independent device identifiers, iOS advertising identifiers (IDFA), Android advertising identifiers, network card (MAC) addresses, DID, firmware versions, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), device models, terminal manufacturers, terminal device operating system versions, session start/stop times, language location, time zone, and network status (WiFi).
* Location information (only applicable to specific services/functions): various types of information related to your location, such as area and country codes, city codes, mobile network codes, mobile device country codes, cell identifiers, region names, longitude and latitude information, time zone settings and language settings.
* Login information: Information related to your use of certain functions, mobile applications, and websites, such as cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, and system crash information.
* Data recorded by the device: When you use the "TANCHJIM" App to synchronize data of related devices, we will record relevant information about your device, including remaining power and sound settings.
* Account credentials: information about your account credentials, such as password and associated email address.
2 We will obtain your user information when you register or log in to the TANCHJIM App:
There are three ways for you to log in to the TANCHJIM App: WeChat authorization login, mobile phone number login, and QQ authorization login. Logging in means you have successfully registered. Your account will be encrypted and stored on the server. It is recommended that you properly keep your account information to prevent your TANCHJIM account from being stolen by others.
3 Functions necessary to ensure the security of registration and login
3.1 In order to improve the security of our system when you use our products and/or services, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud, and protect account security, we will also verify your identity through SMS verification and secondary verification (if necessary). For this, we need to collect your SMS verification code and secondary verification code.
3.2 In addition, we will also collect your registration/login time, device-related information, device sensor information, and network information (such as commonly used login IP addresses) to determine whether the current registration/login environment is safe.
3.3 When you use the network services of the App or access the web pages of this application platform, the information on your browser and computer that the App automatically receives and records includes but is not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records of your requests.
3.4 To delete an account, you can choose 'Account Cancellation' from the pop-up button in the upper left corner of the homepage to perform the account deletion operation. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products or services, and at your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it.
4 You are fully aware that in the following circumstances, we do not need to obtain your consent to collect and use personal information:
4.1 Concerning national security and/or national defense;
4.2 Concerning public security, public health, and/or major public interests;
4.3 Concerning criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and/or execution of judgments;
4.4 For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other significant legal rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals while it is difficult to obtain your consent;

5 We will obtain your consent when sending marketing messages.
5.1 You can enable or refuse targeted push of marketing messages from the App through the personal center.
6 Description of auto-start and associated start
6.1 In order to ensure that the App can receive push messages from the client normally when it is in a closed or background running state, the App needs to use the (auto-start) ability to send broadcasts through the system at a certain frequency to wake up the App by itself or start it in association with other applications, which is necessary for realizing functions and services.
6.2 When you open a content push message and after obtaining your explicit consent, it will jump to open the relevant content. There will be no auto-start or associated start without your consent.
6.3 When you open a file downloaded from inside the App, it will be associated with a third-party App.

II. Circumstances in which we obtain your personal information from third parties
We will obtain personal data of users through legitimate channels from business partners in the following cases.
1 In some cases permitted by law, we may obtain your personal information from third parties. For example, if you authorize a third-party account to bind to your TANCHJIM account and use TANCHJIM services or authorize the import of your information such as avatar and nickname on a third-party platform; for risk control purposes, we will also use third-party services (such as mobile phone number risk level database) to understand whether your current registration/login environment is safe.
2 You understand and agree that the following information is not covered by this Privacy Policy:
2.1 The keyword information you entered when using the search service provided by the application platform;
2.2 Information data related to the information you posted on the App, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
2.3 Behaviors that violate legal provisions or violate the rules of the App and measures that the App has taken against you.
3 Sharing your personal information with third parties
3.1 The App will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless we obtain your permission in advance or if that third party and we (including affiliated companies of the App) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information they could access before.
3.2 We also do not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information free of charge by any means. If any user of our platform engages in such activities, we have the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user once discovered.
3.3 In order to provide you with more complete and high-quality products and services, we will authorize partners to provide you with some services. For this, we may share some of your personal information with such partners to provide better customer service and better user experience. Please note that we will only share your personal information for legal, just, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary for the provision of the service.
4 When you log in with a TANCHJIM account on a third-party website/application, we will pass your nickname, avatar and other information (depending on the nature of the third party's services and products) to the third party after your authorization and consent. If you disagree with the third party's access to your personal information, please do not consent to authorization.
5 Under the following circumstances, we will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your own wishes or legal provisions:

All accounts in the App have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information properly. The App will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no "perfect security measure" in information network.
